Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:
    Trim the ends and remove any discolored outer leaves. Cut each Brussels sprout in half.

  • Season the Brussels Sprouts:
    Toss the Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  • Roast the Brussels Sprouts:
    Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through, until golden-brown and crispy.
