- 2 flatbreads or naan bread
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- ½ cup BBQ sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the flatbreads by brushing them lightly with olive oil and placing them on the baking sheet.
- Mix the chicken with ½ cup BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Top each flatbread with BBQ chicken, red onion slices, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle extra BBQ sauce over the flatbreads. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired.
